Vodafone first to show shooting of Black Book on mobile
/noticias.info/ From today, it will be possible for the first time in the Netherlands to see a film in the making via mobile phone. Vodafone customers will be able to follow the making of 'Black Book' - Paul Verhoeven's latest film - on their mobile. Vodafone is working in association with the Dutch cable company Casema to offer 'the making of' not only via the internet but also via mobile phones. New items from the set will be broadcast every week.
Paul Verhoeven: "These days it is possible to show the public the making of my latest film not only via TV and PC but also via the mobile phone. This is entirely consistent with the current trend towards media synergy. I'm delighted to be the first with Black Book".
Reports from the set of Black Book will be updated each week for television on mobile*. At the moment it only costs EUR 0.25 to watch 10 minutes of television on mobile. For more information visit www.vodafone.nl. The film will have its premiere in cinemas in the Netherlands in autumn 2006.

The film Black Book
Black Book tells the story of a young Jewish woman in WOII who tries to find out who betrayed her family. The lead cast members are Carice van Houten , Thom Hoffman en Halina Reijn. The film will be produced by San Fu Maltha for Fu Works, Jos van der Linden for Hector and Jeroen Beker and Frans van Gestel for Motel Films.
