Football Europe: Toulouse tie up Abdessadki

/noticias.info/ RC Strasbourg will have to do without Yacine Abdessadki for their forthcoming UEFA Cup campaign after the 24-year-old agreed a move to Toulouse FC.

Recent arrivals
The Moroccan international midfield player has agreed a three-year deal with Eric Mombaerts's side, after deciding his future at the Alsace club was no longer assured. Swedish international Pontus Farnerud from AS Monaco FC, Egyptian Hosni Abd Rabo from Ismaily and Pascal Johansen from Olympique de Marseille have all arrived this summer to press for a first-team place.

Cup winner
Abdessadki has spent his entire career at La Meinau Stadium, though he did spend a season on loan at Grenoble Foot 38 in 2002/03. The attack-minded player made 35 league appearances for Strasbourg last season, scoring six times and also started the French League Cup final win against SM Caen which earned Strasbourg a UEFA Cup berth. notas_de_prensa_archivo
