LIVERPOOL FC: REDS FACE TNS IN CL QUALIFIER

/noticias.info/ Liverpool will begin the defence of their Champions League crown with a first round qualifier against Welsh side Total Network Solutions over two legs on dates to be confirmed shortly.
The first leg takes place on Tuesday/Wednesday, July 12/13 with the second leg a week later on Tuesday/Wednesday, July 19/20.

The official confirmation of the dates for the two first round qualifying matches will be announced shortly.

It is a dream tie for TNS as before UEFA entered Liverpool into this season's Champions League the Welsh side had offered to play the Reds in a play-off.

TNS are managed by former Tranmere Rovers striker Kenny McKenna and they comfortably won the Welsh title last season. Their leading goalscorer was Marc Lloyd Williams who hit 33 goals.
