LIVERPOOL FC: FAROES HOPING TO MEET REDS

If Liverpool get past Welsh minnows Total Network Solutions they will then face the winners of the match between HB Torshavn and Lithuanian champions FBK Kaunas in the second qualifying round.

HB Torshavn head coach Heine Fernandez said: "My big problem is that almost all of my players are Liverpool fans. If we can get through they will be saying they cannot play in case they get a result against them. They would have no-one to cheer later in the tournament."
