/noticias.info/ The man who scored two winning goals for Liverpool in two European Cup finals doesn't believe the Reds could have got a better draw than TNS in the first qualifying round of the Champions League.
Alan Kennedy, who scored the winning goals in the 1981 and 1984 European Cup finals for Liverpool says it should be a great occasion against the Welsh minnows Total Network Solutions.

Kennedy said: "It's a fantastic draw. It could have been an eight-hour flight and that would have done Liverpool's preparations for the Premier League no good at all.

"TNS are a good side. I remember seeing them play Manchester City two years ago and they did not disgrace themselves. Lithuania is another difficult test if Liverpool have to go there in the second round, but we are the European champions and are confident of getting through." notas_de_prensa_archivo
