AIR-INDIA PROVIDES RELIEF

WAIVES CANCELLATION/REBOOKING FEE

/noticias.info/ Air-India has decided to give relief to passengers effecting change in their travel plans following torrential rains in Mumbai. The fee in the range of US $125-150 charged for cancellation or rebooking for travel from India to the USA, UK and Europe will be waived.

A spokesman of Air-India said that this relief is being granted as a goodwill gesture considering that the rains have impacted business and family life of several people.

Passengers proceeding to the USA or coming from the US, UK and other European destinations wanting to change their travel date may approach the nearest Air-India office for revised bookings/reservations without payment of the applicable fee, until further notice. notas_de_prensa_archivo
