performance with an all time high monthly load factor of 83.6 percent," said

reflects in great part our ability to better match capacity to demand. Our
performance in the Canadian market remains particularly strong - an indication of a healthy market and growing consumer preference to Air Canada's product offering. I am incredibly proud of Air Canada's employees who once again handled record customer volumes during the month. It is thanks to their ongoing efforts to earn the loyalty of our customers that Air Canada was ranked as the Best Airline in North America in a recent independent international survey of over 12 million travelers."
