PGA : Purtzer extends lead

/noticias.info/ Tom Purtzer carded a three-under-par 69 to open up a three-shot lead after the second round of the 3M Championship in Minnesota.

Purtzer fired a course record-tying nine-under-63, that included a hole in one, on the opening day and followed up with a round including four birdies and a bogey.

David Eger, Bruce Lietzke, Hajime Meshiai, Lonnie Nielsen and Craig Stadler are tied for second at nine under on 135.
