FIFA World Cup: Savage still out in the cold

Toshack preparing
The Blackburn Rovers FC midfielder quit international football last season but then had a rethink and made himself available again. However, manager John Toshack has decided to ignore him as the Welsh coach prepares for their final warm-up game before taking on England in the FIFA World Cup qualifying tie in Cardiff on 3 September.
