NOKIA: Exercises with stock options of Nokia Corporation

/noticias.info/ Espoo, Finland - A total of 3,934 shares of Nokia Corporation ("Nokia") were subscribed for based on Nokia's 2003 employee stock option plan. This resulted in an increase of EUR 236.04 in Nokia's share capital and an increase of EUR 46,145.82 in shareholders equity. The new shares carry full shareholder rights as from the registration date, August 12, 2005, and the shares have been admitted to public trading on the Helsinki Exchanges as of the same date together with the old Nokia share class (NOK1V).

As a result of the increase, the share capital of Nokia is currently EUR 266,026,272.00 and the total number of shares is 4,433,771,200 including the shares that are held by the company. notas_de_prensa_archivo
