Software AG: Stock options from management and employee programs exercised

/noticias.info/ Software AG (Frankfurt TecDAX: SOW) announced today that 667,423 options had been exercised from stock-option programs introduced in 1999, 2000 and 2001.

Active members of the Executive Board were not involved in the transaction. Due to high demand it proved possible to sell the shares to institutional investors in Europe early this morning, prior to stock exchanges opening. notas_de_prensa_archivo
