Sha'th referred that the meeting with the Russian envoy mainly taught on the next day after the Israeli withdrawal and the plan of the Quartet in particular the role of Russia to prop-up and development and the poverty-stricken economy of Gaza Strip.

"The Israeli withdrawal is a momentous opportunity and should be well advantaged to resume the peace process in the Middle East in particular between the Israelis and the Palestinians on the basis of the road map, "Sha'th said.
