IRAQ: Ambassador of Iraq in Canada Inaugurates Plastic Art Exhibition

Mr. Hawar Ziyad, ambassador of Iraq in Canada, opened an exhibition for the Iraqi plastic art in the Canadian city of Montreal.

The exhibition incorporated tens of paintings for Iraqi male and female painters in Canada, in addition to a similar number of paintings, sent from Iraq, from more than 20 painters.

The exhibition was an opportunity for a gathering of Iraqis in exile who also met with Arab Canadians.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Eng. Mamdouh Ismail, head of the General Union for Egyptians Abroad, by the Iraqi painter Isra' al-Jumaili, the exhibition supervisor, and by the Iraqi embassy staff members who coordinated arranging this exhibition. notas_de_prensa_archivo
