AT&T And Extraprise Sign Hosting Agreement

/noticias.info/ AT&T has been selected by Extraprise, a business process outsourcer and systems integrator, to provide co-location and managed services to host Extraprise’s Insight-to-Interaction (“i2i”) software platform at AT&T’s Internet Data Centers (IDCs).

The agreement enables Extraprise to provide clients high-availability and high-security access to software on demand. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

AT&T will initially provide co-location services at its Boston-area IDC. AT&T operates 26 IDCs around the world. Extraprise’s i2i platform is an integrated set of software and services that automates the complete customer lifecycle -- from raw data, to a lead, to a target prospect, to a high-value account.

The convenience of AT&T’s IDCs enables Extraprise to provide a consistent level of service to clients in the United States. This is particularly important to global clients who require the highest level of privacy, security, and availability for customer data, which is their most precious asset.

The agreement is part of a master services agreement that currently includes telephone and broadband services. Extraprise also expects to migrate some of its internal data center systems to AT&T as part of its corporate disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
