CA DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

/noticias.info/ ISLANDIA, N.Y., August 24, 2005 – Computer Associates International, Inc. (NYSE:CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2005 to stockholders of record as of September 16, 2005.
On April 12, 2005, CA announced its plan to double its annual dividend to $0.16 per share to be paid out in quarterly installments of $0.04 per share as and when declared by the Board, beginning with the dividend for the first quarter of the current fiscal year, which ended on June 30, 2005. Previously, CA paid cash dividends in July and January of each year since July 1990.
