INTER: APPIANO: TRAINING IN THE SNOW

/noticias.info/ APPIANO GENTILE - Saturday morning's training session at Angelo Moratti Sports Centre took place entirely on the heated central pitch due to the heavy snowfall in north Italy. After a warm-up the Nerazzurri worked on ball possession, performed tactical and rapidity exercises and played a practice match.

Zé Maria and Kily González continued with their individual training programmes, with strength-building work and running on the pitch for the Brazilian, and therapy, strengthening exercises and running on the treadmill for the Argentine.
