FIBA: AUS - Boomers camp begins Sunday
/noticias.info/ SYDNEY (Commenwealth Games) - The Australian Boomers men's basketball squad will be in a three-day camp on the NSW Central Coast from Sunday.
This is the only camp Brian Goorjian and his staff will hold before the 12-man Commonwealth Games team is announced in mid February.
The three-day camp begins on Sunday evening with a session at the Gosford City Basketball Stadium.
The camp continues Monday, with two sessions planned for the athletes, with the final session taking place on Tuesday morning before the athletes return to their various Philips Championship clubs.
Head coach Brian Goorjian will be joined by Athens assistant Brendan Joyce, and newly appointed assistant coach, Rob Beveridge (head coach of the Australian U19 men's team).
