Everton FC : MOYES' GOALS WORRY
/noticias.info/ David Moyes admitted he was worried after seeing Everton fail to score for the third successive game.
Moyes was speaking after watching his side go down 1-0 at home to Aston Villa.
Despite fashioning a number of opportunities, the Blues were undone by a first half Chris Sutton header.
Moyes told evertonfc.com: "It is worrying me because we are making lots of chances but they aren't going in.
"We did everything we could to try and score but it wasn't to be."
Everton's cause wasn't helped when Tim Cahill, scorer of seven goals this term, was stretchered off midway through the first half.
"Tim has always been a helper in the goalscoring department and when he went off it made it difficult," said the manager.
"Nevertheless, we don't make excuses. We had two or three opportunities (at the start of the second half).
"I think that was the difference, they got their goal; we had opportunities but we didn't get our goal." notas_de_prensa_archivo
