Paulo Roberto Falcao, midfield legend and Ancelotti’s former team-mate, rehashed old times with Milan’s coach.

/noticias.info/ Legendary midfielder Paulo Roberto Falcao arrived at Milanello yesterday to meet with Carlo Ancelotti for the first time in twelve years. Falcao and Ancelotti both played for Roma back in the eighties.

The coach and Falcao enjoyed lunch together yesterday and Falcao took the opportunity to speak with Milan Channel, admitting that he almost played with for A.C. Milan: ‘in 1980 I was about to become a Rossoneri. Then Milan had some problems with judicial proceedings and things turned out how they did.’

Then he spoke about his memories of Ancelotti: ‘As a player he was a real fighter, always positive and determined. But, I appreciate him as a coach as well. I spoke with him over lunch and I am convinced the difficult moment that Milan are going through will end soon.’ notas_de_prensa_archivo
