/noticias.info/ Resident tipster Kerry Dixon is finding it much harder to call a first goalscorer than he is to call the result when the Hammers visit this Saturday.

‘I’m leaving the first goalscorer betting alone this week,’ he decides. ‘With Shevchenko starting to knock them in regularly now, it means you have him, Drogba and Lampard all looking likely to find the net with ease. That makes it tough.

‘Drogba, so long my favoured bet, is now cut down to 3/1 to find the net first on Saturday, hardly surprising considering his record this season.

‘Coral have Shevchenko down at 4/1 and Lampard 11/2.

‘Robben comes next at 13/2 — surely he’ll score soon — and then there are Joe Cole and Ballack grouped at 8/1.

‘Then comes a big gap to John Terry. He’s 16/1 which if you look at his record against West Ham, he likes the odd goal against the his local side from when he was growing up. Combo him getting the first with say a 2-0 win and Coral will give you 60/1.

‘A correct score of 2-0 is one of the three I am putting my fivers on this week. I was a little wary of going for a clean sheet spread this time as somehow West Ham seem to normally manage a goal against us, but then I noticed they have not scored since August on their travels - so it is 1-0, 2-0 and 3-0 for me at 6/1, 5/1 and 13/2.

‘Hopefully that will boost my season’s winnings which are now down to £110. I paid for being just a touch too cautious against Watford — stopping at 3-0.

‘The overall odds are Chelsea to win 1/6, the draw 9/2 and a West Ham win 11/1.

‘But I’m more interested in the Champions League odds as we head into a European week. I like the way this team is beginning to come together and I feel we are shaping up to have a real good go at it this year.
