/noticias.info/ Here is the speech that will be read tomorrow when Kakà and Pirlo are awarded a place in the Fifpro World XI for 2006 at the San Siro at 7.50pm CET:

‘A prestigious jury elected the winners of the Fifpro World XI Player Awards. The winners are based upon by the votes from players around the world and they decide which of their team-mates are the 11 best players of the season. These 40,000 or so players picked the ideal team for 2005-06 and two of these were Milan players: Ricardo Kakà and Andrea Pirlo. Amongst the 11 winners there were three Italians as well: Gianluigi Buffon, Fabio Cannavaro and Gianluca Zambrotta. Thuram, Terry, Zidane, Eto'o, Henry and Ronaldinho (who was named player of the year as well) round out the list.’ notas_de_prensa_archivo
