FOOTBALL EUROPE: Sorin makes Auxerre switch

/noticias.info/ AS Nancy-Lorraine reserve goalkeeper Olivier Sorin has joined Ligue 1 rivals AJ Auxerre to provide competition for first-choice custodian Fabien Cool.

Erratic form
With Cool having been in erratic form this season, the 25-year-old Sorin has joined Auxerre's squad for an undisclosed fee. No details have been revealed of the length of the contract he has signed. Sorin has started 12 Ligue games this season and four more in the UEFA Cup, covering for the injured Gennaro Bracigliano, but will not be playing in Nancy's UEFA Cup Round of 32 tie against FC Shakhtar Donetsk in the spring.
