CHELSEA FC: TEN-UP DROGBA

/noticias.info/ Didier Drogba today received a trophy in recognition of becoming the first player to score 10 goals in the Barclays Premiership this season.

The Chelsea striker, who notched goal No.10 with a spectacular long-range winner at Everton last weekend, accepted the award at the Cobham training HQ, prior to travelling to Wigan.

The trophy is supplemented with a £1000 donation to charity.

It is the second season running a Chelsea player has reached this milestone first. Frank Lampard won the race to 10 in 2005/6. notas_de_prensa_archivo
