Seven PSV players nominated for Team of the Year 2006

/noticias.info/ Each year the Dutch football magazine VI organizes the Team of the Year election. On the internet readers can vote the players for the Team of the Year. Three players are nominated for each position and as many as seven PSV players have been nominated for the team of the year 2006.

There is one condition: nominated players must have made Eredivisie appearance the whole year. That’s why the coaches Guus Hiddink and Ronald Koeman have not been named. The seven nominated PSV players are goalkeeper Gomes, defender Alex, the midfielders Afellay, Simons, Cocu and the strikers Farfán and Koné.
