EVERTON FC: NO FIORENTINA FOCUS

/noticias.info/ Everton's European clash with Fiorentina next week won't influence David Moyes selection on Sunday.

The Blues have a tantalising game in Florence on Thursday, but Moyes insists his priority is taking three points from Portsmouth.

"Team selection won't be affected at all," Moyes told evertonfc.com.

"I will pick what I think is right. The next game is the important one. We will pick from what is available and what will be right tactically for this game."

Equally, Moyes knows the tremendous win over Manchester City must be forgotten come Sunday.

"We have to move on. It was a great result and an important result," he said.

"We will take the three points and now we have another tough game coming up.

"The belief has grown by the performances but our belief has always been quite strong.

"But if you play like we have been playing recently, score goals and if different people come into the team and do well, I think that creates a great deal of belief throughout the club."
