ARSENAL: Champions League: Senderos - We have a mental edge over Milan

/noticias.info/ Philippe Senderos believes Arsenal have a "mental edge" going into tonight's Champions League clash with Milan.

The Swiss defender was outstanding in the goalless first leg at Emirates Stadium, keeping the likes of Kaka and Alexandre Pato quiet after replacing the injured Kolo Toure after just seven minutes.

Senderos will need a repeat performance in the San Siro tonight - he is expected to start with Toure still sidelined - but the 23-year-old expects Milan's back four to be under plenty of pressure too, just as they were 13 days ago.

"I don't think the first leg was a missed opportunity," Senderos told Arsenal.com. "In fact, mentally we've got an edge on them because we put them on the back foot in the first game, we put them under a lot of pressure.

"Even though we didn't score in the first game, we didn't concede either and that's a very positive thing. Looking towards the second leg we know one goal for us can change the whole tie around.

"I think Milan will be cautious because they know we can catch them on the break. If we get the goal everyone knows we are capable of, it will put them under a lot of pressure. We will definitely be up for it."
