FOOTBALL EUROPE: Lyon tie up Toulalan for two more years

/noticias.info/ France midfielder Jérémy Toulalan has extended his contract at Olympique Lyonnais for a further two years tying him to the club until June 2012.

‘Many things to achieve’
"His main talent is that he performs consistently well," Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas said of the 24-year-old who joined in June 2006 from FC Nantes Atlantique. "Playing for Lyon has allowed me to represent France," Toulalan said. "I feel good here and have many things to achieve." He has appeared in 54 league games with Lyon and 12 UEFA Champions League matches, including the club's 1-0 midweek loss at Manchester United FC which saw the end of the Ligue 1 leader's interest in this season's competition. notas_de_prensa_archivo
