ARSENAL: Wenger - I have selection decisions to make

Arsène Wenger admits he has some selection dilemmas ahead of the Premier League match against Liverpool at Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

This is the second of three games in quick succession between the two teams and it is widely considered to be more important to the home side. Wenger still harbours hopes of winning the title whereas Liverpool seem relatively comfortable in the fourth and final Champions League spot after beating neighbours and rivals Everton last weekend.

Emmanuel Adebayor is OK after concerns over his ankle. But, on Friday, Wenger ruled out Robin van Persie (thigh) after his injury in midweek while Bacary Sagna (ankle), Tomas Rosicky (hamstring) and Eduardo (broken leg) were already missing. With the Champions League Quarter-Final second leg coming up on Tuesday at Anfield and the tie so delicately poised at 1-1, the manager may rotate. The question is who?

"I'll base my decision [on who else plays] in the position, the number of games they have played recently, whether they finished the game well physically, if they are fatigued and if they have bruises or knocks," he said. "It is hard to predict how the players are because it was a very intense game the other day but we have 24 more hours to see how the players are.
