EURO UNDER 17S: CHELSEA NAME IN TODAY'S FINAL

/noticias.info/ The Champions League Final is understandably the centre of all Chelsea attention this week but Friday afternoon sees our Academy player, Gaël Kakuta, represent France in the final of the European Under 17s Championship.

Kakuta, top scorer for the youth team this season, will face Spain in Turkey, a repeat of an earlier group game when France led three times only to draw 3-3.

The team's coach Francis Smerecki, says ahead of today's re-match: 'I hope the quality will be the same. The last one was a great spectacle and we just hope the players are not too tired so they can produce the same quality again.'

The game kicks-off at 5.30pm UK time.
