COE: Decent housing must be ensured for all, says Commissioner Hammarberg

/noticias.info/ Strasbourg, 20.05.2008 - In his latest issue paper, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Thomas Hammarberg, examines the housing crisis facing groups of people in Europe. He outlines the housing rights which have been accepted by countries within the Council of Europe and draws attention to significant initiatives and projects where people define and assert their housing rights.
