/noticias.info/ Everton Ladies scooped two awards at the 2007/08 FA Women’s Awards.

A variety of awards were handed out at the annual ceremony in recognition of achievements at both international and domestic level in the women’s game.

Blues midfielder Jill Scott received the Players’ Player of the Year while defender Fern Whelan was crowned Young Player of the Year.

Manager Mo Marley was pipped to the post for Manager of the Year by Fulham’s Mark Saunderson.
