THE SHANKLY SHOW HEADS FOR SCOTLAND

The Shankly Show which premiered to great acclaim in Liverpool is heading for Scotland this weekend.

/noticias.info/ The show, which is all about the great man, brought in a full house when it was performed for the first time at Liverpool's Olympia theatre last month.

The next stop for the show is Dumfries and Galloway this weekend.

Scottish actor Alexander 'Sandy' West is the man on stage portraying Shankly and his performance in Liverpool captivated the impressed audience.

Writer/director Andrew Sherlock, a big Liverpool fan, starts the show with Shankly in the famous boot room on his last day in charge at Anfield, musing honestly on the highs and lows of 15 years with his beloved Reds.
