Omniture Strengthens Breadth and Depth of Marketing Executive Team
Oracle and VeriSign Veterans Join Omniture to Lead Product and Corporate Marketing

(NASDAQ:OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced the appointment of two new executives to further strengthen the company’s product and brand marketing. Aseem Chandra has joined Omniture as senior vice president of product marketing and Melanie Branon has joined as vice president of corporate marketing. Both executives bring extensive marketing experience at global enterprise software companies and will report to Gail Ennis, Omniture’s senior vice president of marketing.
Chandra joins Omniture with more than 12 years of experience at Oracle Corporation, where he held leadership positions in product marketing and product management, and worked closely through the merger and integration of several application firms, including Siebel Systems, Agile and PeopleSoft.
Branon brings Omniture over 20 years of corporate and agency experience in branding, positioning, interactive marketing and integrated marketing program management. Serving most recently as VeriSign’s vice president of corporate marketing, Branon was responsible for VeriSign’s global brand strategy and provided senior level marketing leadership for a wide range of B2B and B2C campaigns.
