SAMSUNG: Response to Disclosure Inquiry Regarding Samsung Electronics’ Foundation of a Separate Corporation for OLED Business with Samsung SDI

competitiveness of its AMOLED business, no decision has been made on
the foundation of a separate corporation for OLED business with Samsung
SDI.

We will make further disclosure as soon as any decision is made on the
above issue. And in case no decision is made within the next 6 months, the
next public disclosure is due in 6 months in accordance with Korean
