BEIJING 2008:Asia's first mobile turf installed in world's biggest 'nest'

/noticias.info/ The National Stadium, also known as the Bird's Nest, turned green on May 17 after workers and soldiers laid down 7,811 square meters of mobile turf, the Beijing Daily reported. The process took 24 hours.

Vice-Mayor Chen Gang visited the stadium later in the day and expressed appreciation for the great support of the soldiers.
