US ELECTIONS 08: BARACK OBAMA: Blog: Open Thread: Back to New Hampshire

/noticias.info/ Tomorrow morning, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton will both return to New Hampshire for the first time since the January primary. Earlier today, Michelle Obama was in Manchester, NH along with Governor Jeanne Shaheen.

The event was held in downtown Manchester at the Radisson Hotel ballroom, and focused on issues affecting New Hampshire women, from healthcare to the rising costs of raising a family.

Also at the event were Mary Rauh, NH Co-Chair of Obama for New Hampshire and Anita Freeman, a Democratic Committee Member from New Hampshire who had been a strong Clinton supporter during the primary. Seeing them walk in together and sit together at this event event was a great sign of the unity that's starting to be seen across the country. As Anita explained:

We've got to get Jeanne Shaheen in the Senate, as well as Barack Obama in the White House. We have got to get the Democrats elected. As soon as Hillary Clinton got out of the race, there was no question where where my support would go [Obama]. And nothing can convince me of otherwise! notas_de_prensa_archivo
