EVERTON FC: BLUES FACE SION

/noticias.info/ Everton have confirmed a pre-season fixture with Swiss side FC Sion on July 12.

The match will be played at The Stade D'Octodure in Martigni and will come at the end of an intensive training camp in Switzerland.

The game will kick-off at 4pm. It is the sixth pre-season fixture to be confirmed for David Moyes' senior side but will be the first competitive game played by the side.

FC Sion are one of the top sides in the Swiss Super League and the game will come just one week before the start of their new season.

Last term they finished seventh in the table. A full profile of the Swiss will be available on line from Saturday, June 28.

That match will be followed by a friendly matches in the UK away to Cambridge, Preston and Nottingham Forest before the squad departs for a two-centre US tour which will see additional matches against Chicago Fire and the Colorado Rapids. notas_de_prensa_archivo
