GOLF: ASIAN TOUR: SINGH IN TIED SEVENTH IN ENGLAND
/noticias.info/ July 6: Indian star Jeev Milkha Singh bounced back at the European Open after firing a three-under-par 69 in the third round on Saturday.
Singh, the 2006 Asian Tour’s Order of Merit winner, posted five birdies against two bogeys for a seven-under-par 209 total as he rose to joint seventh spot at the London Golf Club.
After two straight 69s, South Africa’s James Kingston slid to a 74 in day three and was in a tie for 16th place after a 212 total.
England’s Ross Fisher continues to top the field after a 69.
In the United States, Korea’s Choi Kyung-ju recorded his second consecutive 71 on the way to a 210 total at the AT&T National. With three birdies against two dropped shots in the third round, Choi slipped to lie a tie for 45th position.
