EVERTON FC: BLANCO TO FACE BLUES
/noticias.info/ Chicago Fire's star midfielder, Cuauhtémoc Blanco, has been speaking exclusively to evertonfc.com ahead of his side's clash with the Blues.
The eccentric Mexican is renowned for his flare and unique playing style and has admitted that he's relishing the opportunity to play against an Everton side participating in the most famous league in the world.
Having made nearly 100 appearances for his national side, scoring 34 goals, Blanco is the most experienced player in the Chicago side and one that the Everton players will have to watch out for on Wednesday.
Speaking to evertonfc.com ahead of the friendly clash, Blanco said: "It's always fun to play against international sides even if it is a friendly.
"I'm looking forward to the match. My objective every time I step on the pitch is for my side to win and it will be no different for the game against Everton.
"I know that Everton is known for producing young talent and so it will be tough for us."
